We currently are only serving our pals in the Philippines, and working hard towards expansion.
We ship Monday through Friday and most in-stock orders are processed 24 hours after payment.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock, which can result in extended delivery time.
We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays.

At this time, our small business unfortunately cannot accept refunds, but we will do our best to offer exchange or store credits.
We accept exchanges within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@lustrare.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
