So, it's gold... then what?
Hey you cool cats and kittens (side note: yes, we think she did it) - we set out building Lustrare with the goal of making luxury affordable. All our pieces are sterling silver and plated with 18k gold. It's hypoallergenic, doesn't give you that weird green tinge on your skin and just really great all around. Just ask our co-founder Phuong who's had to take each and every item for a test drive for months. So if anything goes wrong, it's her fault.
Where is my order?
We send through a copy of your tracking number as soon as we hand off the goodies to our delivery partner so you can track your preciiioouuuusss.
How do I take care of my new loves?
Essentially the same way you treat a gremlin: don't get it wet, try not to get it scratched and please, don't ever feed it after midnight. Ok, maybe we made up the last one but the others still apply to your new gold pieces.
What do I do if I there's something wrong with my order?
First off, sorry girl. We were probably having way too much fun at the warehouse on a school night. Just send us a message and we'll fix it, pronto!
